Our Story

Charcuterie FM was founded in the heart of Chicago by Felicia Megan — a wife, mother of four and creative with a passion for bringing people together through food.

Launched in March of 2024, Charcuterie FM was built on a mission of being inclusive and delicious. As a mother to a child with special needs and someone who has loved ones with various dietary restrictions, Felicia understands firsthand how meaningful it is when everyone at the table feels considered.

What began as a creative outlet quickly evolved into a business centered around elevated grazing experiences. Felicia combines her love for creativity, hospitality and connection to craft charcuterie displays that are as visually stunning as they are satisfying.

From elegant grazing tables and individual charcuterie cups or cones to interactive workshops, each offering is designed to bring people together while creating a memorable experience for guests.
